A key focus of the role will be managing Technology Transfer (ToT), Transfer of Production (ToP), Licensed Manufacturing, and Strategic OEM Partnership Programs, ensuring seamless coordination between company and foreign partners while driving program performance, stakeholder alignment, and milestone achievement.
The individual will lead cross-functional execution, monitor risks and dependencies, facilitate governance mechanisms, and ensure timely decision-making to support successful program outcomes.

Job Description:We are seeking a Vehicle Technician with hands-on experience in the assembly, integration, maintenance, and repair of light vehicles to support the installation and integration of mortar systems and associated subsystems onto designated vehicle platforms as part of defence procurement programmes. The role involves carrying out vehicle inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs; supporting pre-trial preparations to ensure vehicle readiness for demonstrations and firing trials; coordinating with OEM technical teams on integration requirements and modifications; and maintaining technical records, service logs, and inspection documentation. The technician will provide on-site support during trials and field activities, addressing mechanical and electrical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Candidates should possess an ITI, Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, along with 5–8 years of relevant experience in vehicle assembly, integration, or repair. Experience with Mahindra vehicle platforms, particularly Mahindra Defence Systems vehicles, is strongly preferred, while prior exposure to defence or special-purpose vehicle integration would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong practical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety and quality standards, the ability to work closely with OEM and production partner teams, and the flexibility to operate at trial sites and field locations, including during demanding trial schedules.
